Shrimp Marinade

1 lb medium size shrimp, peeled and deveined1 tbsp Chinese cooking wine or Mirin 1 tsp cornstarch1/2 tsp salt
 Instructions
Combine cooking wine or Mirin, cornstarch and salt in a wide bowl. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Seat aside and let it sit for 15 minutes.  (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
Stir Fry Ingredients
1 lb marinated shrimp1/2 lb snow peas, string removed2 tbsp canola oil1 tbsp minced garlic1 thumb size grated or minced ginger2 tbsp regular or light soy sauce1/4 cup water2 stalks green onion, chopped2 tsp sesame oil (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});
Instructions
In a wide pan over medium heat, add cooking oil. Add ginger and garlic. Stir for about a minute until light brown and aromatic. Add shrimp to the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes or until shrimp turns light pink while stirring constantly. Add snow peas and do a quick stir for about a minute. Pour in water and soy sauce. Stir until shrimp turns pink and fully cooked for about 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add sesame oil and chopped green onions. Do a quick stir and remove pan from heat. Transfer in a serving plate and serve with steamed brown or white rice. Enjoy!
